Modest Murders

A modest and slightly censored account of various murders and unsolved cases as well as urban legends and other macabre. Listen as Courtney and Nina talk through the topics and give their opinions and reactions to the crimes without having to hear foul language. Trigger warnings will be given at the start of each episode for highly sensitive topics, but in the end, we are dealing with murder.

Courtney is a 37 year old stay at home mom who enjoys diving into different topics, one of which happens to be murder investigations.

She is happily married with one child, a dog, and four cats.

For leisure she plays video games and paints among other things.

She is also a Christian, which is part of what made her want to start the podcast, fulfilling the want for hearing true crime yet the modesty of not having to deal with the triggering details or foul language.

Nina is a native Floridian, but don't hold that against her She is happily married and currently homeschooling her two kids.

Nina loves all things spooky, from murder-mysteries to improbable cryptids. She enjoys reading, writing, video games and the occasional violently competitive board game.
